Here is a selection of rides, they are graded 1-3 Stars, 1 star being the easiest and 3 the hardest, ride distance is no indicator! Here are some ideas.

Nata Loop
Lovely Route from Paphos on the main road, to Nata and then up to Amargeti and then a quick run back down the main road to Paphos
Troodos
THE ride from Paphos, 160km to the highest point on the Island (2000m), 50km descent to look forward to... after you have climbed for 50km!
Aphrodite Rock
The classic Paphos ride, along the main road to the coastal section and the iconic Aphrodite's rock
