An almost normal week. I have a group at the end of the week, so there's no Friday ride from me. All rides start from Ride Easy Shop. Tuesday 3 November – 07:00 – Shop Ride: Nata (The Climb One) 50 km, finishing with coffee at Paphos Harbour on the way back. Wednesday 4 November – 08:00 – Coffee Ride An easy-paced 55 km at around 28 km/h average, with coffee in Kouklia. The route is made up each week, but nothing too taxing. Contact me for more details or suitability.

A little break for the next two weeks. This week I'm on my annual Lap of the Island (contact me if you're interested in joining next year!). The following week I'm away on business – the real job rules! Normal service resumes the week commencing 2 November 2026, with new times as we move into the winter schedule.
